Booth APPLICATION
◆ 每個攤位包括 Each booth included :
1 張桌子 + 2 張椅子 │ 1 Table with 2 Chairs

每張桌子的尺寸=46cm (濶) x 180cm (長) 附桌布

Each table size = 46W cm x 180L cm with table cloth
◆ 每個攤位包入場票兩張 (人數: 2 位)
Each booth includes two tickets.
*1. 不設配外增加坐椅 No addition chairs can be added
*2. 每個組織申請最多只可申請3個攤位
Each applicant can apply up to 3 booths only.
*3. 助手票: $80 (每個攤位只限加購一張助手票)

✦ STEP 4 ✦
◆ 網上報名: 請於網址填妥報名表及上載付款證明。
付款方式: 轉數快、Visa、Master、Union Pay、Alipay及WeChat Pay
付款證明: 成功付款頁的截圖, 如使用FPS銀行交易, 請於報名表內清楚備註英文全名, 用作核對。
◆ 等待大會公佈申請結果 (報名截止後1個月內會收到確認電郵)
◆ 等待公佈攤位號碼及場地平面圖 (預計公佈期2026年6月)
◆ 如未能在填妥報名表即時上載所有(品牌標誌圖,作品圖,場刊廣告)資料,請於4月30日前,補交資料電郵到dollismplus@dollheart.com,謝謝。

◆ 接受報名日期 : 即日起至 2026年4月30日
(若名額已滿將提早結束報名)
◇ Online registration: Please fill in the online registration form and upload the payment proof.
Available payment methods: FPS, Visa, Master, Union Pay Alipay, and WeChat Pay.
Payment proof: Please send a screenshot of the successful payment page. If you use FPS, please state the full English name of your account on the registration form for verification.
◆ Application Result: Result will be announced after one month after application deadline.
◆ Announcement of the floor plan and your booth number is expected to be announced in June.
◆ If you cannot upload all the materials (brand logo pictures, product shots, event booklet advertisement layout, etc.) immediately after completing the registration form, please submit supplementary materials by email to dollismplus@dollheart.com before 30 April 2026.
