◆ 總規則
1. 請依照工作人員指示，在指定出入口排隊進場。如需中途離場，請以大會提供的証明方 式再度入場 。
2. 在出口處工作人員會蓋一印章於每位離場人士之手背上，各位憑手背上之印章，可再次 免費入場。各位請保持印章清晰，否則，可被要求再購票入場
(如印章不小心被弄污可要求再蓋)。
3. 參展組織請於大會指定時間排隊入場及於 11:00am前將檔位弄好，以迎接公眾人士。
4. 埸內禁止吸煙。
5. 未得大會許可，不可進行任何攝錄工作。
6. 5:00pm後，任何人士(包括參展組織)不得進場。
7. 各組織必須於 6:00pm前離場。
◆ 有關攜同兒童入場
11歲以下兒童不用購票入場；但由於展會中有大量貴重及易碎展品，大會不建議參觀人士帶同小孩進場。如必須攜同小孩進場，敬請陪同的家長或監護人士務必好好看管孩童，以免為參展者及其他入場人士造成任何滋擾或損失，謝謝合作。
◆ 中央付款
中央付款區接受信用卡 / 銀聯卡 / 支付寶 / 轉數快付款，為免延長排隊付款時間，大會建議帶備足夠現金到場。
◆ 攝影相關規定
1. 攝影時, 尤其使用閃光燈前, 請先徵求攤位主人及娃主同意。
2. 媒體記者若有需要請向大會申請採訪攝影証。
◆ 埸地使用、安全守則及注意事項
1. 禁止在場內播放音樂，以免對在場人士做成滋擾。
2. 會場恕不提供尋人或尋娃服務。
3. 請參加者妥善保管個人貴重物品，並請勿將私人物品隨地放置。
4. 禁止在場內奔跑、嬉戲。
5. 禁止吸煙、生火或亂拋垃圾。
6. 交易問題不在本活動管轄範圍內，請買賣雙方交易前溝通清楚，以免發生糾紛。
7. 若拾獲失物，請送交詢問處。
◆ 禁止販賣的物品
1. 禁止販賣食品、飲品、生物以及其他與娃娃不相關的物品。
2. 任何盜版、冒牌、侵犯版權的物品。
3. 任何市售商品及二手商品，包括衣服、海報、印刷品、玩具等等，只要是製造、商標、 販售權，非個人所有均不得販賣將他人的作品作任何方式的加工均屬於盜版行為。
各娃社及娃物品牌的娃品均不得販賣，但親自參展或委託販賣則不在此限。
4. 是自創的作品，但包含任何違禁品，不論份量的多少，均不得販賣。
如仿製各地娃社的商品，均不得販賣。
5. 任何猥褻物品及其他違反法律的物品。
6. 任何活動的門票(不論牟利或非牟利)。
7. 所有與娃娃有關的衣服之售賣必須為親自設計或製作。
8. 出售物品若有著作權或法律等問題，由負責人自行承擔，大會恕不負責。
以上行為如經發現屬實，將不會再加以警告，會立即終止其在會埸中的販售資格及檔位，也會將其組織及負責人的名字於網頁上公開，並不得再參加本單所舉辦之娃娃活動。
如發現有組織販賣違禁品，請通知大會的工作人員！
◆ 取消活動
在不可抗力的因素下，如惡劣天氣、戰爭、禁運、暴動、訴訟或政府條例，以致主辦單位不能繼續舉行活動，主辦單位保留隨時對活動予以取消、更改性質、規模、活動日期之權利，而不須負上任何責任。參展組織不得以此向主辦單位追討任何損失及全部或部份已付之租金。
◆ 附例
為確保活動順利舉行及進行，主辦單位保留隨時修訂會場守則和加入新條文的權利及解釋。有關會場守則及附例的解釋，均以主辦單位決定為準。
◇ General rules:
1. Please follow our staff’s instruction, queue up for admission at the designed entrance.
If you need to leave during the event, you may re-enter via our approved method of identification.
2. Our staff will stamp the back of the hand of every departing visitor at the Exit.
You will be readmitted free of charge by showing us your stamp. Please keep the stamp clear or you might be asked to buy a new ticket for admission.
(You may request for a new stamp if it gets ruined by accident.)
3. Every exhibitor please queues up at designated time and set-up the booth before 11:00a.m..
4. Smoking is not permitted in the event hall.
5. Do not photograph or take video at the event hall without any permission from the organizer.
6. After 5:00p.m., no one (including exhibitors) is allowed to enter the event hall.
7. All exhibitors must leave the event hall before 6:00p.m..
◇ About admission of children
Free admission is granted to children under the age of 11 years only if they are accompanied by a responsible adult. Due to the delicate and fragile nature of the exhibited products; supervising accompying adult are requested to keep a close and constant supervision of the visiting children to avoid any unnecessary disturbance to the visitors, participants nor to the venue.
◇ Central Payment
1. Customers must go to the designated payment counter to pay for items which they purchase from the sponsor booths,whether they choose to pay by cards.
2. Regarding Credit card / UnionPay / Alipay / FPS payment.
This is limited to purchasing items from sponsor booths only.
3. In order to save time, visitors are advised to bring sufficient amount of cash to attend the event.
4. Please kindly note that we accept Hong Kong Dollars only but $1000 banknotes will not be accepted. Our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
◇ Rules related to photography
1. Before you take any photos, especially when you need to use flashes, please remember to ask for the permission of the booth owner and the owner of the doll first.
2. Media reporters should apply for a press pass from the organizer first. No sound or video recordings are allowed without prior permission from the organizer.
◇ Points to note at the venue:
1. Do not play music at the venue to avoid causing nuisance to other visitors.
2. We do not provide any investigative service for missing persons or dolls.
3. Please keep eyes on your valuables. Do not leave personal belongings unattended.
4. No running or playing inside the event hall.
5. Smoking is not permitted in the event hall, any garbage should be disposed in trash cans. Please do not leave trash anywhere else.
6. Transaction problems do not fall under the jurisdiction of this event. We ask the buyers and sellers to have clear communication before transaction, in order to prevent any disputes.
7. If you find any lost property, please hand it to the information desk.
◇ Things you are not allowed to sell at Dollism Plus
1. Food, beverages, live animals and anything unrelated to dolls.
2. Any illegal copies, pirated, counterfeit goods.
3. Any commercial merchandise or second-hand products, including clothes, posters, presswork, etc. If you do not own the manufacture license, the trademark or the right to sell, will be ineligible for sale. Manipulation or alternation of another person’s original works is considered to be a case of copyright infringement.
4. Original works which contain any prohibited materials, regardless of the amount, are forbidden for sale.
5. Any obscene material and other illegal items.
6. Tickets for events (profit or non-profit).
7. All doll-related clothing and accessories for sale must be designed or made by yourself.
8. Any copyright or legal issues concerning the merchandiser must be undertaken by the person in charge. The organizer will not assume any responsibility.
If the above actions are found to be true, they will no longer be warned, will immediately terminate the qualifications and booth in the venue. The name of the exhibitor and the person in charge will be posted on our website, and they are not allowed to apply for any doll events we hold in the future.
Please inform the staff if you find any disobedience!
◇ Event cancellation
In the unfortunate event should this event be cancelled due to severe weather conditions or any uncontrollable force majeure circumstances; please note that this event cannot be rescheduled; and there would be NO full refund nor any partial refund to the participant(s) for any or all fees paid
◇ By-laws
To ensure the smooth conduct of the event, the organizer reserves the right to amend the rules & regulations and to add new clauses at any time. The organizer final decision and arrangements would be final and binding.
